UEFA'yı TFF'ye Yaptırım için Uyarıyoruz!!!!

UEFA Disiplin Kurulu kararı sonrası UEFA Tahkim ( Temyiz ) Kurulu da fenerbahçe ve beşiktaş'ın Şikeciliğini tescilledi.

Mücadelenin Avrupa ayağı zaferle sonuçlanmış olsa da siyasetin yönlendirdiği TFF bu kararın gereğini yapmamak için diretecektir.

Bu noktada UEFA'yı aldığı kararın takibini yapması ve TFF'na gerekli baskıyı kurup şike yaptığını tescillediği takımların küme düşürülmesini sağlaması için bu @mail gönderiyoruz.

First of all let me take this opportunuty to thank you regarding the fair decision you made regarding the match fixing scandal in Turkey.

After the victory won at Turkish courts, this is the second victory for fans seeking justice in Turkey.

At this stage we would like to remind you that Turkish Football Federation will do all they can to manipulate the process and try not to penalise proven match fixers, so it might be necessary for you to step in and make sure teh rules and regulations are applied with no exception.

It is crysral clear at FIFA's, UEFA's and Turkish Footbal Federation's Disciplinary procedures that all teams involved in match fixing activities must be RELEGATED.

Therefore, we request you to put pressure on Turkish Football Federation to take action and relegate all teams involved in much fixing crime and hand the trophies back to the teams who should have won them fairly if such actions were not carried out before the start of 2013-2014 Turkish Super League.

UEFA'nın ŞİKE Açıklaması ve Yeni Mail Kampanyası (23.05.2013)

UEFA 23.05.2013'te bir bildiri yayınlayarak Londra'daki toplantıda Disiplin Komitesine Şike, Irkçılık ve Doping konularında daha kapsamlı yetki verdiğini ve bu suçlarda zaman aşımını kaldırdığını bildirdi.

Yapılan açıklamada ayrıca UEFA Disiplin Kurulunun ülke federasyonlarının gerekli cezaları vermemeleri halinde müdahale edip gerekli cezayı vereceklerine de yer verdi.

We have been sending UEFA mails and faxes and calling UEFA’s Headquarters for over 18 months and asking you to follow the procedures regarding the match fixing case in Turkey, but the UEFA Discipline Committee is yet to make a decision about Fenerbahce FC despite the fact that they were found guilty of match fixing by Turkish court.


The later you left the decision the bigger the corruption got in Turkey. In the last 18 months Fenerbahce FC captain Emre Belozoglu racially abused Didier Zokora of Trabzonspor as well as their fans racially attacking both Didier Zokora and Didier Drogba at Sukru Saracoglu statdium and Turkish Football Federation chose to cover this hate crime as they did in the match fixing case and protected Fenerbahce FC.


It is crystal clear that Turkish FF is not going to penalise match fixing and racism when it comes to Fenerbahce FC, so you have to step in no later than today. 


In the same announcement you declared the following;

Furthermore, additional power has been granted to the UEFA disciplinary bodies, allowing them to take action should a UEFA member association fail to punish, or punish in an inappropriate manner, offences harming the essence of football, and notably offences of match-fixing, corruption and doping.


At the same time, the UEFA Executive Committee decided to remove any period of limitation for offences of corruption/bribery and match-fixing, therefore allowing disciplinary action to be taken, irrespective of when such an infringement to the rules occurred.


Therefore, DO YOUR JOB AND PROVE THAT YOU ARE SINCERE ABOUT ZERO TOLERANCE TO MATCH FIXING AND RACISM POLICIES, BY PENALISING Fenerbahce FC !!!
